The aim of Business coaching is to work with the coachee to increase their competence in order to become more effective as a leader.
Business coaching focuses on creating the future that the individual desires, in all areas of their life.
This may entail paving the way for them to set goals and objectives, find purpose and meaning in their life, build relationships with people and develop their career. Through a one-on-one rapport with the coach, we help the individual to clarify objectives, stay focused and provide an impartial and unbiased perspective on their progress – all while keeping the individual’s own lifestyle and values in mind.
One of the key ways in which this is done is by enabling the coachee to notice how their ‘way of being’ or
the ‘way they see the world’ enhances or hinders what they want to achieve. Integral coaching works with
the whole of the individual in order to broaden the way they see the world, thereby enabling them to make alternative decisions in the future. This broadening of their world view leads to sustainable change.
Business coaching focuses on talent advancement and soft skills development. The process is unique for each individual, with coaching objectives being set up front. Amongst other objectives, we may look at developing both inter- and intra-personal skills, time management, problem solving abilities, creativity and productivity. Personal development through the coaching process not only impacts on the coachee in their business environment, but also influences all areas of their lives.
As integral coaches, we are able to offer significant experience and objectivity, as well as a safe space in which to address challenges. This does not negate the fact that we are results driven.
Chemistry meeting
Our personal coaching is highly customised and based entirely on the needs of the coachee. Because this is a personal journey of discovery and development it is essential that the coach and the coachee are able to develop a relationship of mutual trust and respect. We therefore suggest that the coachee have a “chemistry meeting” with 3 coaches before embarking on the journey.Additional offerings:
